Our History
Our exciting journey began with the distribution and development of the „Maxi-Cosi“. Stephan Osann was one of the co-founders and co-developers of the very first baby car seat. In 1984, he started the Osann company, establishing the brand that continues to stand for innovation and quality.
Today, Managing Director Patrick Osann and his father Stephan still work side by side – united by their passion for creating the best possible product solutions and in line with our motto „We are Family“.

Founding
Arthur Osann establishes the company Osann and the brand of the same name.
The first Osann child car seats hit the road.
Developed by the second generation under Stephan Osann, co-founder of the Maxi-Cosi – famously known as the original infant carrier.
